Wait until your old enough to legally get it done. Any respectable parlor will check for your ID. These people don't want their shop shut down just to pierce some kid.
Where I live, legal age is 18. I had it done when I was 17, and my dad had to sign legal consent forms. It was worth the 5 years of waiting to have it done. My tongue swoll up for a week and was so sore. I lost 5 pounds that week living off soup.
Talking made it even worse, so that week was also very silent. Ive still got it in today. Im 22 now. Sometime I forget it's even there. I know you want it done now, and if your mom agrees to take you to get it, Great.
If not, please don't try to do it by faking your age. Theres some nasty shops out there, and if they don't care your underage I bet they don't care if they pierce you with dirty tools. See what im saying?
